Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the FlickPost application which allows you to access and use FlickPost Services on mobile and desktop devices that you own or control. You may use those copies of the Mobile App solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights in the desktop and Mobile App not expressly granted to you by these Terms.
FlickPost Bazaar only connects Sellers with Buyers. Please verify all the details of the Seller/Buyer before transaction. FlickPost does not take any responsibility for the transaction.

The terms and conditions applicable to each type of payment, as prescribed by FlickPost on the Platform. The payment methods may also be subject to the following terms:
Credit card payment option is available for all Buyers. FlickPost accepts all Visa and MasterCards credit cards. All credit card information of Buyers are protected by industry leading encryption standards. Please take note that additional charges may be incurred if Buyer is using a non-Indian issued card due to foreign exchange rates.
FlickPost accepts all Indian Visa and MasterCard debit cards, subject to bank availability. All debit card numbers shall be protected by(Razorpay).
By choosing this payment method, you shall transfer the amount of the total Ad package purchase price to a FlickPost account (including any applicable taxes, fees). The transaction must be payable in Indian Rupees. FlickPost, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time.
All our sales are final and we offer NO REFUND. We do not process refunds as they are digital goods of intangible nature. You have agreed to the terms and conditions before purchase. All Ads Packages do not qualify for Refunds including renewals and subscriptions. Kindly email us ([email protected]) questions if you have before purchasing All Ad Package.
The Rewards Program helps you earn virtual points based on your online activity and qualifies you for exciting offers and deals.
Only one account per user will be considered.
The Services may contain links to websites or applications offered by third parties, including advertisements(“Third Party Sites”). We don’t control or endorse Third Party Sites, and we assume no responsibility for the law compliance, practices, accuracy, or content of any Third Party Sites. Your use of any Third Party Site is entirely at your own risk.
The FlickPost Platform merely provide hosting services to its registered users and persons browsing/visiting the Platform. All items advertised / listed and the contents therein are advertised and listed by registered users and are third party user generated contents. Flipkart shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to or arising out of third party user generated content.
FlickPost is merely an intermediary and does not interfere, or take responsibility for any interaction ,or transaction between buyers and sellers. The Users are advised to verify all the details before they proceed with any exchange-information or payment.
“Content” means (“Text”, “image”, “photo”, “audio”, “video”, “location data, usernames”), and all other forms of data or communication. “Your Content” means Content that you submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Services. “User Content” means Content that users (other than yourself) submit or transmit to, through, or in connection with the Services.
“FlickPost Content” means Content that we create and make available in connection with Services. “Third Party Content” means Content that originates from parties other than FlickPost or its users, which is made available in connection with the Services.
You own all of the content and information you post on FlickPost, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. In addition:
- You're responsible for whatever you create, share(within or other social media),download or upload images/video via FlickPost.
- When you delete intellectual property content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
- When you share a post, the (Third party) application may ask for your permission to share your content and information as well as content and information that others have shared with you. We require applications to respect your privacy, and your agreement with that application will control how the application can use, store, and transfer that content and information.
- In Future when you publish content or information using the Public setting, it means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of FlickPost, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you.
We may use Your Content in a variety of different ways as permitted by our Privacy Policy, including publicly displaying it, reformatting it, incorporating it into reports, collections, marketing materials and other works, creating derivative works, summaries, or aggregations from it, promoting it, distributing it, and allowing others to do the same in connection with their own websites and media platforms. As such, you grant us (FlickPost, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates) the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), transferable right to use Your Content for any purpose (including, without limitation, the rights to use, reproduce, publicly perform or display, distribute, adapt, publish, modify, translate, incorporate into other works in any form, media, or technology, and create derivative works of Your Content, in whole or in part, throughout the world in any media). Finally, you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against FlickPost and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attributes with respect to Your Content.
We gather and compile information and data about our users and their usage of the Service on a collective basis, in a manner which does not disclose or reveal any personally identifiable information about individual users. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that we are the sole owners of all such aggregated, anonymous data for all purposes, and have the unrestricted right to use such data and to disclose or distribute such data to third parties as we see fit, throughout the world, in any media or form.
We reserve the right to remove, screen, edit, or disable access to any of Your Content, without notice to you, that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the FlickPost Service.
If you create a username for your FlickPost account, we may remove or reclaim it if we believe it is inappropriate or violates any trademark policies (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to the user's real name).
While we are under no obligation to review Your Content, we reserve the right to do so at any time. We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties, and we may cooperate with such authorities as they may request, all without liability to us.
FlickPost does not encourage false information and irresponsible online because they are detrimental and erode the trust of the Users and Advertisers. A strict enforcement policy ensures that these activities are kept in check immediately.
As a User, you can:
Report these posts, which will be instantly blocked or suspended, as the case may require;
And, alert FlickPost about fake news sharing, to enable immediate action to ensure that it doesn’t go viral.
You will not post or share fake news- anything that is detrimental, or destructive and prevents people from making informed decisions.
As between you and FlickPost, you own Your Content. We exclusively own the FlickPost Content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, and all other elements and components of the Service (excluding Your Content, User Content and Third Party Content).
“We”, or “our” licensors also own the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual and proprietary rights (the “IP” Rights) associated with the FlickPost Content and the Service. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the FlickPost Service, Network, or Content. You understand and agree that you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any Content that is not Your Content (including, without limitation, the flickpost Content, other User Content, or Third Party Content), in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by the owner of the Content.

We can remove any content or information you post on FlickPost if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.
If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we will disable your account when appropriate.
